1. Delivery Options

We offer several shipping methods to ensure you get your gear in the most convenient way possible:

Parcel Lockers (Omniva & DPD Pickup Points) – A fast and secure way to receive your order. You’ll be notified when your package is ready for pickup.
Local Store Pickup – Pick up your order from our OUTDURO HQ at no extra charge. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready.
Courier Delivery – For home delivery, we partner with trusted carriers to ship worldwide.

2. Shipping Carriers

We use the following trusted shipping providers:
📦 Latvijas Pasts – Affordable standard shipping for local and international deliveries.
🚀 FedEx, DPD & DHL – Fast and reliable shipping for domestic and international orders.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please read the following policy carefully.

1. Return Policy

14-Day Return Window – You have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item for a refund or exchange.
Item Condition – Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Exclusions – Personalized, custom-made, or used items cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

1️⃣ Contact Us – Email info@outduro.com or call +371 22 46 27 80 to request a return.
2️⃣ Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
3️⃣ Ship the Return – You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
4️⃣ Refund Processing – Once received, refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

⚠ Important Notes

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items? Contact us immediately upon receipt, and we’ll make it right.
  • Order Changes & Cancellations – Orders can be modified or canceled only before they are shipped.
  • International Orders – Customers outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
